After twelve months, unused credits may remain available at MyWoosah's discretion but are not guaranteed to retain monetary value or eligibility under the same terms.
Independent Payment Processing: Klarna, Stripe, and other payment processors are independent third parties. MyWoosah is not responsible for credit decisions, approvals, denials, payment schedules, or interest terms set by these providers.
Service Delivery: MyWoosah acts as a platform to connect families with independent, vetted care providers. While MyWoosah verifies provider credentials and compliance, all services are performed by independent contractors and not employees or agents of MyWoosah. MyWoosah does not control the manner or quality of services rendered and assumes no liability for individual provider performance, cancellations, or conduct.
Assumption of Risk & Indemnification: By using the Program, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with dependent-care services. You agree to release, defend, and hold harmless MyWoosah, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of care services or third-party payment programs.
No Guarantee of Approval or Availability: Approval for financing or payment plans through Klarna or other partners is not guaranteed. MyWoosah is not responsible for changes in financing terms, availability of providers, or regional service limitations.
Governing Law: This Program and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
